How does this process work?

The process is simple. Please select a design that you
would like to be integrated with osCommerce and send us
a mail. Our business executive will get in touch with
you and will lead you from then on.
What will be the deliverables?

We will deliver the entire code of the application with
your design integrated. Your logo and your company name
will also be in place. We will also be responsible for
the installation of the application on your server. The
visual design integrated will only be for the customer
interfaces and not the administrator interfaces.
How long will it take to deliver?

Your code will be delivered within 4 business days and
the installation may take another business day. In all
you will have your site up in 5 business days.
How will my logo and company name be
integrated?

You will need to provide us your company name and a
visual image of your company logo, so that we can
integrate the same.
What about installation?

You will need to provide us the server details and we
will install the same on your server.
What should I do for online payment
processing?

You need to set up a merchant account with one of the
payment gateway service providers (Paypal.com,
Authorize.net, Worldpay.com etc.). You need to give us
the user details and other relevant information to
integrate the payment gateway with your web site.
How do I integrate payment gateways?

OsCommerce offers certain default payment gateways and
these can be readily used without external help. If you
however need a payment gateway which is currently not
supported by OsCommerce, we can integrate the same at an
additional cost of USD 100 per gateway.

Also it supports shipping through UPS and USPS and
calculates the pricing based on Per Item, Flat Rate and
Zone Rates.

OsCommerce shopping cart software:

The configuration needs some additional setup
information based on the payment gateway selected. But
you need not worry about the other aspects as we will
provide detailed information, once you finalize payment
gateway to be sent to the selected hosting provider. We
can also recommend reliable and tested hosting providers
based on our enormous experience in this domain.
How do I pay for the service?

You will need to pay 50% of the price on confirmation of
the order and you may pay the balance once the site is
uploaded to your server. You can pay it using our secure
gateway.
Who uploads the products, their description
and prices on the web site?

We install the application on your server and create the
necessary database to store the products and other
relevant information. Using the admin panel you or the
designated admin will upload the products and other
relevant information. Should you need help on this count
we will be able to provide it at an extra fee.

Do I own the source code?

OsCommerce is an open source application and is governed
by GNU/ GPL licenses. In effect everybody has access to
the source code and no one has any exclusivity in owner
ship.
Do I own the design template?

We sell templates and integration services from our
site. We re-use the templates for other customers who
may want the same template. However should you need to
own the template we can de list the template from our
site and provide you all the source files. This option
will however cost you an additional USD 399. We would
also like to note that we have no control on users who
have purchased the template before.
I do not need installation

We by default offer installation services, should you
not need them we will mail you the zipped folder of all
the files that have been modified.
I have an older version of osCommerce, Can
you integrate it with the design?

Please let us know the version of osCommerce that you
are using. You may find out the version details of your
osCommerce installation by clicking on the server
information link in the admin panel.
I have a design can you integrate it?

Definitely. Please send us a jpg image of your design
and we will provide a custom quote. The price for
integration varies from USD 300 to 700 based on the
complexity of the design.
I liked one of the designs but it needs some
visual customization based on my business?
Please send us the design information that you liked
along with your comments on customization. We will let
you know the pricing of the same based on the effort
involved. Typically the customization charges vary
between USD 100 to 400 based on the extent of
customization.

functionality?
